WHERE WE SHIP

United States only (for now).

 

PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away and a tracking link the moment your order ships.

 

DELIVERY

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Some items ship from our US warehouses and arrive in 2-5 business days. Your tracking link always shows the live estimate.

 

BUNDLES

During our launch period, bundle items may occasionally arrive in separate packages a day or two apart. Everything is covered by the same tracking email, no action needed.

 

WRONG ADDRESS?

Email us at cococharizard@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Once an order ships, we can't reroute it.

 

LOST IN TRANSIT

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
