When will my order ship?

How do returns work?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Opened hygiene items (like mouth tape or nasal strips) are final sale unless defective or damaged — in that case, just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.
