30-DAY RETURNS

If you're not happy, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

HYGIENE ITEMS

For health and hygiene reasons, opened Sleep Mouth Tape and Breathing Nasal Strips can't be returned. Unopened packs are always returnable within 30 days.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We make it easy: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. For items under $25, you don't need to ship anything back.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email cococharizard@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days of our confirmation.
