Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We offer free US shipping on every order. Most items arrive in 7–15 business days; a few smaller items ship faster, in 2–5 business days (noted on the product page). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they head out.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only.

I ordered a bundle — will it arrive in one box?

Bundles are made up of individually sourced items, so pieces may arrive in separate packages on slightly different days. Everything is still on its way — no need to worry if one piece shows up before the others.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Send us your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually help — message us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original condition. Reach out with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Can I return mouth tape or nasal strips?

For hygiene reasons, mouth tape and nasal strips are final sale once opened. If yours arrived damaged or unopened, contact us and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged.

Send a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no need to return the damaged one.

Product Care

How do I care for my products?

Most items just need a wipe-down with a damp cloth or gentle hand wash — avoid harsh chemicals, high heat, and soaking. Fabric items (masks, pillowcases, wraps) can typically be spot-cleaned or hand-washed in cold water and air-dried. Specific care notes are listed on each product page.
